Small amount of website CSS needed

I have been working with a freelancer on here who has so far done a very good job. However my deadline fast approaches and the freelancer has not been in contact for a couple of days.

I have the various styles and alignments setup, I just need a tiny little bit of help with some new backgrounds to some of the divisions and help with aligning a homepage / formatting a login form

I do not expect this to take very long at all.
