Simple Wordpress site needs completing

We have set up a simple wordpress site to advertise jobs for a new company we are setting up in the Recruitment industry. It needs a bit of work on the visual appeal, layout, tags and making it more SEO compatible for within its industry.

Specifically we need :

Front page more commercial for its niche
An upload plugin for candidates to attach and upload CVs
Job section of available jobs - we have the Zartis Jobs Plugin but happy to use an alternative suggestion
About page
Contact Page

Not a great lot of work needed, ideal for wordpress freelancers to do a quick turnaround site. If good, we also have 4 to 5 other sites that need launching in the near future.

Therefore only a min budget of around £60-80.00 to sort the site.
