Simple website to be developed no function just layout needed

I need a simple website to be developed, no function is needed just the links need to be working and one toggle list on one page, i need this for my dissertation at uni so i will do the complicated stuff myself i just dont want to use up my xmas holidays doing the basic stuff. i will provide wireframes for each of the 6 pages, and detailed outline of how i want the designs to be, i will also send a website link of a website i would like to resemble, this really is a quick and easy task however iam a perfectionist therefore i made need few parts to be re-edited which wont be major changes.
