Simple web site design and build.

I require site www.orlando-rental-home.com updating with a new design that will be editable by me in Frontpage.
I will need a similar layout as I need all the same info on it but with a cleaner fresher and more modern feel.
I have new proffesional took photo's to be used and would like to utilize these to more effect.
I do my own SEO on the site and need it to be coded the same with all the same info on all the same pages with all the same URL's.
