I am looking to create a forum, similar to this: http://www.londonbylounge.com/page50.php
(i..e the content and useability being simple) but being able to amend the style.
I know html, css but not php and I don't have the time to learn as this is quite urgent. I understand the front end coding, but not how the backend works to make it work on my site.
I am looking for someone who can create such a forum, along with a simple user guide for amending/changing and updating so that I can manage myself going forward and adapt as necessary.
I have a hosting site that has php capability. More info given to successful candidate.
