Set Up an Elementor Theme

I'm looking for a freelancer to assist me with creating a theme using Elementor's theme builder today. This is for cheeseandfriends.livewebsite.com and I'd like the theme to be similar to https://mellischeese.net and https://www.georgeandjoseph.co.uk

All that needs to be set up is the theme, I'm not looking for a complete website. I've set up the header already, so it's the footer, single page, post page, archive page, search results and 404 templates that need to be set up using Elementor.

The site should use the colours from the logos attached and clean whites/greys.

I will send over the fonts for the theme too.
