Revisions to existing wordpress web site

We have an existing web page which was set up by a friend using wordpress.

We'd now like a few revisions to the web page, including:

1. Transfer domain to a new web address we have.
2. Update template whilst keeping existing text i.e. background colour all blue, formatting layout so perfectly aligned, inserting images, changing title company details at top, restyle tabs at top etc (we have a pdf file showing final layout to follow)
3. Crop and insert 6 new images into rolling banner (10 secs per image).

And refining page to look professional.
