Revamp and update of current leaflet distribution network site

i am looking to have my exisitng leaflet distribution network site revamped to include a more appropriate look and possible template change. i would like to have the following:-
database created with all business details logged on site
individual customer portal to allow for them to have all marketing history displayed, favourite companies, cost of campaigns, success rate per campaign, link to facebook, linkedin etc money earnt to date, locations worked in
also allow businesses to create a web page on my site detailing offers, location etc - profile information
