Responsive WordPress redesign of my current site

I originally posted for a mobile site however I have now decided it to change the spec and ask for a developer who can redesign my website from designs I have set up and turn it into a responsive website so it's accessible on both online and mobile devices.

I have set up design templates for all pages at 960px and have set up two of the templates at 320px to show the smallest size.

My site has been built in WordPress and although the design is changing the content is staying the same.
