Refresh of page template design

We are using an existing webpage template that looks dated and needs refresh.

Page structure needs to remain the same, so this is mostly a CSS change. Colour scheme needs to remain generally the same.

Possible changes include new-look horizonal menu, re-designed sidebar, and general neatening of CSS for main body layout.

Not after anything too revolutionary, just something to look a little more contemporary.

Single template HTML and CSS needed. Not an entire site re-design. By keeping page sections and rough code layout similiar, migrating changes to other pages is something we can deal with
