Redesign/update a website header & footer

1 - Header design:

1.1 - Navigation: design mega drop down menu. For the facilities & service, when hovering it, show the 4 services (initial consultation, spinal adjustment, massage treatment and rehabilitation exercise) with a thumbnail.

1.2 - Add a “blog” link to the navigation menu

1.3 - Header top right
Add “call 01727 800 181 to make an appointment”
Underneath, Add a “location icon/image” with the address:
9 Townsend Avenue,
St. Albans, AL1 3SL
(clicking on it will take the visitor to the contact page)

1.4 - Add in the header a “google +1”, a “facebook like” and “4square save” icons

1.5 - Improve overall header design

2 - Footer design:

At the bottom of each page, we want a section with the following information:

2.1 call 01727 800 181 to make an appointment
2.2 a form input field with: “Sign up to our special offers: _________________”
