Redesign of Website

Hello,

I am starting a new website and have developed the code in html myself.

I was wondering how much it would cost to have it professionally done – it’s a MBA Admissions Consulting Website.

I am open to flash/ other technologies to be used as long as it:

- I slick and simple
- Geared for high rankings on search engines (I heard that using too much flash makes it difficult to get high search engine rankings)
- Robust
- Easy to manage. And upgrade by me

I am open to any free site builders technologies being used as long as the above issues are taken care of.

Some key capabilities that may need to be incorporated are:

1. Customer Login : Customer can log in to view his past purchases and login Id/ Passwords (which can be purchased through the MBA Store)
2. Integrated blog into the website: Registered customers can start threads/ post questions and comments on existing. The admin (me) can delete threads etc… the usual blog stuff
3. Flash application for taking short customer surveys on the side (vote for one of the following … type questions).
4. One flash based quiz (profile evaluator type quiz)

Would look forward to any quotes, this is not a sure project but might be given to some high quality bidder if the price seems reasonable.
