Redesign/modernisation of our email alerts

Description of every page: We want an html formatted email using all the components shown in the example and zip file. We can be responsible for fitting that into the html in the zip file although it would be helpful if that was also included (but not essential)

Our automated survey service includes real-time alerts, that are triggered by various survey conditions (scores, recordings left, etc) and are emailed to appropriate users for their attention.

They fall into 4 categories and we would like a redesign and modernisation of our alerts to cover;
• Urgent alert
• Poor Score alert
• Congratulations (normally triggered by a good score) alert
• For Your Attention (neutral message) alert

Our internal format is attached in the zip file and as you can see, we join the component html files together to create the alert. If the necessary html skills are not available, we can work with a master file.

Please can you supply examples or ideas as we would like an ongoing relationship.
