Recruitment Website required

I require an updated and very sleek looking website for my recruitment company, the layout must be simple and effective, the layout i like is Azaleasolutions.com. I must have a CMS so i can update new jobs and be able to update content.

I am not bothered if you use a template but the website must be sleek and professional, flash would be considered. I will require my website to allow candidates to register their CV, clients can submit vacancies and also people can apply for jobs, previous experience of recruitment website design would be excellent, we have a set budget and would require the work to be done within 1week of bidding ending, please send us your proposals, all our content is ready, locations for the job groups and job types can be provided no problem.
