Rebranding - need website design

Hi,

I am rebranding my business in a couple of months and so I need my current website redesigned. Please have a look at the current site at www.adavirtual.com to see what I do and what the website currently looks like (the current website was designed by myself)

I want the website re-designed with an emphasis on attractive, modern UI and an optimal User Experience.

Probably about 7 pages with a blog that I would like to update myself.

I am looking for an intuitive, simple, clean and engaging user interface for all the pages

- I need to make sure we are a great fit for this project and that you can deliver what I want
