Ready made Web Template alteration

Dear Web Designers,
I have got a little project to be completed. I bought a ready made template which is basically designed for a Sports Car Company, the template is designed by a Person (author) called Neutral Nick and Template number is 2526. (it can be easily find and looked at on the internet or it is the same template as the company called www.dashfixer.co.uk is using the same template to give you an idea what the contents of the template are) I need to get this template redesigned/altered to my own needs I am also interested in ecommerce options. My Part time little business is about Engine Tuning or ECU remapping of the Vehicles. There will be a little change in the Flash or SWF files. (My logo needs to be placed instead of Standard logo etc) and Slight alteration of the Buttons and labels of the buttons (i.e. writing on these clickable buttons).
I have got almost all of the Text and other illustrative materials that will be placed on the pages of the Template. Some of the material that I have got might need to be retouched and then placed in their places.
