Re-Design of Website

We want our website: redesigning to a flashier website. There are four companies that need to run off this website, but 3 of the companies can have the same design they will just have different swimming venues on them and a different logo.
We do have some ideas in mind how we would like the website to look which are below:

I understand that the above site is entirely flash and would be very expensive so we would like just to have a few flash images on their. I would ideally like the imagery to be a 3D look, same as on the loaded smoothies site. Below are some images in which we would like the overall theme of the site:

We are open to suggestions with the design but we need to keep the site looking happy, jolly and to give the customer a nice easy experience with using the site. It needs to be very colourful and geared towards swimming, we really like the use of vector and cartoon imagery. All information to go on the site will be provided. We already have a host for the site so it would just be a re-design and help with transferring the data over to our current providers.
