Re-Design a website look

Hy All

We are currently looking for someone who can redesign our website. The template written in smarty so mainly you just have to change the header, content area, and the footer, and all the changes will apply for the other pages. The design should be eye caching, and modern. Must include a monster in some shape as we knows as file monster. Little extra,have to add facebook like box. You must be able to send us a photoshop mockup, so we can decide who to take onboard. You must be understand php coding, incase of some code changes. Current site is filemonster.org and we change the script to the same as upload2cash.com
