Quality HTML email. Need designed ASAP

I need an HTML email designed. I need to email a series of recruiters next week and need a fantastic looking HTML email created. It needs to be based on the colour scheme of my website and contain at least a little of the overall feel of the website. However, I need the email to really stand out and help get recruiters to the site. I will using Chimpmail to send out the mailer so it will need to be tested in here.
