PSD to Wordpress conversion

To create a fully-functional Wordpress theme from a PSD design guide which we have already created. Theme designer needs to follow the existing PSD graphics closely, but can offer suggestions and improvements to make it work well as a Wordpress theme. This theme will feature a horizontal, drop down menu, sidebar widget areas, plus a home page slider which can be a standard plug in or a styled version. Theme probably needs a few page layouts: one for the home page, one or more for inside pages and blog pages. PSD will only be forwarded to those who communicate relevant expertise and acceptable bids.
