Professional Photo Slide Show Responsive Web

Description of every page: Hello freelancers ,
I am interested in receiving proposals to make a Photo Slide Show of my database images.
Necessary a main home site display a Folder structure and subfolders separated by years.
example:
home
year 2001
subfolder 1
subfolder 2 .....
The site should have a main menu divided by year and within each year its subfolders.
A fluid responsive web design and professional appearance will be assessed .
Not tranfer images is necessary, only create the html and css structure and folder calls.
I will upload my images on my own to my web hosting
It will assess whether each image has a push effect for download on mobile or tablet.
