Professional Email Design

Design details: I need a professional email design that I can copy and paste into the Signatures section of Microsoft Outlook. I have been dealing with another email designer who has failed in this task. I have the basic email design which I am happy with but when I try to reply to an email, the text from the email I am trying to reply to, appears to the right of my formatted email signature. Therefore I want a formatted email signature, which when I reply to an email, keeps all the previous email underneath my reply.

I do not want any links to Microsoft sites. I do not want any instructions to change code. I want a design that I can copy and paste into an Outlook signature.
