Product registration website

We are looking for a fully functional product registration website
We are Alo UK Ltd, an agricultural machinery manufacturer and supply a dealer network throughout Great Britain. When the dealer sells a product to a farmer, the product is registered for warranty on our current basic registration website - www.aloukreg.co.uk. Email address will will also be a requirement.
OVERVIEW
● The current system is now a little dated. The main objectives of a new system are; ○ nicer for dealers to use (and styled in line with the main website)
○ facility for dealers to review their previous submissions
○ admin area where you can view all submissions, manage products (i.e. add
new model info) and dealer/branch/user information if required PROPOSED APPROACH
A new password protected website for dealers/branches (you have a domain address ready) and an Admin area for ALO which replaces the current spreadsheet approach and provides additional functionality;
● user accounts for dealers to login - once in they will be able to enter a new registration or search for a previous completed form and view /print it
● easy to use form and dealer names/address will be pre-filled
● in the Admin area you will be able to setup new dealer access information. The
system will automatically email the new account with a link to access the site from where they will be able to setup their own password (the user name will be their email address). If at any time they forget their password they just click a link to request a new link to start again.
● Admin will contain all details of
○ products
○ dealers/branches
○ all registration submissions
● We will need to filter to look at any combination of these (i.e. all registration
submissions for a dealer in a given date range)
● We will need be able to enter a registration on behalf of a dealer (the system will note
that this is as an ALO entry)
● We will need to export all or filtered lists as a csv file
