PHPList Customisation

I am using MS-Outlook to contact my customers on new products, promotions, order status updates, etc and I was thinking of using phplist as a mailing list manager. I have this installed already on my server.

I need someone to help me customize the software, initially removing all references to PHPList.org, install email and link tracking capability and reporting capability.

This should be a straight forward task (in my view ofcourse)
