PHP Websites update and new content. Also seperate ASP website refresh.

I have three PHP websites which I would like changes making on.

I have list of changes I want currentley to update and enhance the content and I would be looking at adding a page a week to the site with fresh content.

I also have a website for a client who is a not for profit, their site is looking a lttle tired and needs a revamp, I am looking for a set price for this job.

I would be interested in quotes for hourly, daily or a per job basis.

I would like the initial changes doing quickly and then plan the rest over the next few weeks.
