PHP/MySQL Web site/information portal on Maghreb

I need someone to build a web site/information portal for Maghreb in PHP/MySQL (please let me know if you have any designs in mind, how many pages it would be and how it would be priced).

I need the 1st page as an index page and 4 more pages to develop [search facility ][point of sale -POS page] [after sales service page -AS-page]['product' display page generated using interactive database - php/MySQL back-end - 500 products ]

Note that the 'search' page would do the same [ that is , take information from the MySQL database]

However, the product 'page' would offer daily new and interesting possibilities [the database can have just 11 'products' to begin with and then someone to populate the fields / fill up the database]

As this is not a very detailed spec, please let me know clearly in the bids how this project would be priced if there are any additions to the above.
