I'd like someone to take the attached psd design and turn it into a site.

1) I'd like all photos greyscale when the site is loaded.
2) As the viewer hovers over / selects photographs I'd like them to turn back to colour. See Appendix A for details.
3) When the visitor clicks a photo I'd like a semi-transparent box to come up with text and photos and scrollable which I can edit / amend myself.
6) The social media links on the top right need to be greyed out too and when they're hovered over / clicked I'd like them to be in colour. See Appendix B for what they need to link to.
7) Particular keen to accept proposals which would include a mobile version which links to the same data but is clearly simplified a lot / laid out to maximise usability on a mobile site.
8) It's likely this will need to be refreshed once every six months with new photos or minor adjustments to design / links. I'll be looking to do this via PPH and would probably be keen that whoever designs originally would be interested in a medium- to long-term business relationship tendering for the future minor maintenance work too.
