Personal brochure site for holiday home - Template customisation needed

Number of pages (approx): Main, Contact, Gallery, Location, Golf, Climate, Availiability/Booking, History, Attractions.
I have a holiday home in portugal that I need a website for - basically just a brochure site where people can look at photo`s, availiability etc, then contact me for booking etc. I have all the photo`s and text content etc, but I want something quite flashy and classy/stylish. I have seen several beautiful sites on Templatemonster.com but I dont know how to use Flash so I cannot customise them. Therefore, if anyone just wants to do a quick job by adding my photo`s and content etc into one of those pre-designed templates then please let me know.... and in fact, I would possibly prefer that anyway, because I know exactly what the site will look like then. I may also be looking for some brochures and an Adobe PDF file doing too, but that depends on how good the website job is first.
