Overflow work for web based graphic design

We are a small digital agency and need help with overflow graphic work. This work can range from the following:

Web site wireframes (examples: https://xd.adobe.com/view/c07440a8-9eb1-4ad7-8bf9-c11d607057a7-9527/)
Web site landing pages based on provided details, assets, layout ideas, etc... (example: https://xd.adobe.com/view/7b123d4e-97dd-461c-b09b-3df658712497-2e41/)
Logo design and/or tweaks
Graphic design for web graphics to appear on web sites
Revamping web graphics based on client's requests
Creating color palettes
Creating branding guidelines

Software we use: Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop

We use clickup as or PM tool and would need to be able to assign tasks to this resource via clickup.

This would be an ongoing job of about 8-10 hours a week to start.
