New snowboarding brand - Custom website

My client is starting a new Snowboarding brand. The title, logo, most graphics, and text will be supplied.
the site is a fairly simple concept with the following pages:
Home, about us, contact us, friends (where the admin will be able to add new friends in a directory themselves easily), dashboard (that will be filled with a few simple widgets that i will send you - like weather, traffic conditions, etc), and a store (called 'merch"). I need a simple stat counter integration, paypal integration with the store, and a trendy theme (appealing for snowboarders). In the store will just be a couple items to start... a couple shirts and stickers... but it needs to be expandable by the client, so an attractive/complete 3rd party store that is free would be fine as well.
