Need an expert at Mail Chimp including production, design, and list mgmt.

I need someone to be my partner on the creation and distribution of a monthly newsletter to my list of 1,000 prospects/network. An extremely strong knowledge of Mail Chimp is required as I have already created a few templates and have imported my list into that program. I will handle content creation, yet I need someone to manage all aspects of production, design and newsletter distribution (list management). I have zero time to devote to knowing the Mail Chimp program but am committed to publishing 10x a year.
