Need a website designed!!

Hi all,
I have set up a business and now require my website set up pretty quickly.
The site will have 5-6 pages as well as the home page and one of these pages will be a standard 'contact us' form. I need to be able to access and change text on my site on an ongoing basis in the future.
I have sourced some images that i would like to use but may also need your help in designing others.
The company is a research/pr company so I am looking for something quite different, cool and professional. I would be interested in knowing how easy is is to get a moving image on the home page - 2 die in the air as if thrown and then landing..?
The rest of the site doesn't have to be too complicated. I would like a white main background with a black border around the whole thing.
My logo is multicolour so the inclusion of these colours to give the whole site a fresh and creative look would be perfect.
