Need a quick web page and sort my domain issues!

Right here is the deal - i have web domanin address and i bought a package of 123 reg. I seemed to ahve locked it or I am an idiot or both (not my field etc).
I need a working web page with a simple logo ( i have this bit) capacity to alter later and a count down to opening day on page and \'enter your special logon key\' box

i have passwords and details for 123 reg etc. I need it fast quick and well done!
