Need a new design for my gaming blog (only blogger)

I need new design for my simple gaming blog (i use blogger because it is convenient with google and i don't need my own domain now). Many young western gamers must come to my blog. so the design must look fun or familiar to westerns. you must know recent movies and animes and video games. there are always some things that many people always like in the society. it must make sense or be epic / attractive.
My budget is $10~$60. i will tell you more details and gaming blogs i know. I can pay more if you can do more stuff or great design.
