Multiple page creation from template, then 3 link page creation

Hi

I have 3 csv files each with a set of keyword phrases, of which there are 238 in total.

I will supply a page template and require a new page creating for each of the 238 keyword phrases. There will be 6 pieces of content to change for each page:

1) the page name, following the format keyword-phrase-here.asp
2) the <title> tag, in sentence case, Keyword phrase here
3) the <meta name=\"Description\"> tag in lower case
4) the <h1> tag, in sentence case
5 & 6) the body copy will have two instances where the phrase will need to be replaced, in lower case

Once these 238 are completed I then require 3 link pages to be built, they can use the same template, the links on each of the 3 pages will relate to the 3 csv files.

The text to use for the link will be the keyword phrase for the respective page they are linking to.

Attention to detail and accuracy is important.
