Minor Changes to existing websites, Support & Server Management

We have a number of websites that have been developed over the past 2 years and a full-time programmer was no longer needed. He left to secure full-time employment. We need someone who can support existing sites with occasional bug fixes and changes and in an ideal world provide management of our dedicated server.
You must be great at communicating and dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
