Micro-site design in HTML5

We are looking for an experienced web designer, ideally based in London.

We have a Powerpoint presentation that we need to turn into a micro-site, which we can host on our corporate website. See a good example here: http://www.rolandberger.com/Chemicals2030/

The Powerpoint presentation is about 30 pages but we would like to add some additional examples so we will have about 40 pages in total. We will host the site but we need someone to build it.

As we would like to meet with the designer in our offices in London, we would prefer to have someone local to work with. The micro-site will also need to be updated periodically hence there might be follow-up work.

Please state your previous experience with creating micro-sites in HTML5 and provide 2-3 examples. Price, speed and overall quality will be the main selection criteria.
