I would like a map of Turkey similar in format to;

with colours of www.turkeylinks.com and about 10 locations.
When mouse over any particular spot, 2 lines of words spanning the width of the map to appear above the map. Preferably, I should be able to change the text myself using MS Front Page, if not the texts for 10 spots can be provided. Map Colour\"#AFAF61\" and spots to be \"#CB1311\" The width of map of Turkey about 2 times the width of reference map. The map to show who Turkey's neighbours are and their names.
