Make site look awesome

Make the below site look awesome. The site is a utility site for people to create all the needed favicon sizes you now need to target multiple devices.

I have left the site in a complete Twitter Bootstrap default state and it now needs a cool design. This will include layout and logo etc.

It will be called favicon sizes (capitalize / space as you see fit and will be transferred to that domain when the design is complete.)

Space is needed for advertising so consider that in your design.

The website should basically be a step guide. It should briefly explain what site is for (I will write this) then a couple of really simple steps to get your icons. Step 1 drop or select a file to create favicons from. 2, choose options then a zip will be downloaded with the created icons in, then the user will have to enter code into their hmtl head tag.

I want something modern clean and simple.

Let me know thoughts / budgets.
