Make editable html email signature from supplied Illustrator A/W

We need someone to turn our client-approved email signature design into an html email signature.

I've uploaded a PDF of the design but we'll supply our Adobe Illustrator files and fonts, you'll then send us back the html for our approval with the image files, the image files will be uploaded to our client's server, and we'll then supply you the links to include in the final html file which you'll supply to us.

The email signature needs to be fully editable so other staff members can adapt it.
The width of the small-print text at the bottom should change with browser window sizes - not be fixed.

And sorry, but we need a quick turnaround - later today (Thursday 9/9 or Friday 10/9).
