Mailchimp set up - interactive pdf

Design details: i have pdf with design concept i want to carry through to mail chimp or other email platform. images are not a problem either but may need editing to fit email marketing template.

i have first campaign ready with email address but need a good trust worth designer to start asap

Ideas for the visual style: i can send once messaged
Extra notes: just need someone for ongoing work - hoping to drop 2-3 mails a week,
