Looking for someone to help set up my food blog website

Hello. I am in the midst of creating a food blog website but I am new to wordpress and I am trying to get my website started. I want a simple and clean looking website that will intrigue people. I need someones help to customize menu options, main page layout, font styles, create a banner etc. Essentially I am looking for someone to patiently work with me and ask what my website needs and wants are. Someone that can customize my website according to my liking. At this point of time I have a theme set up and a logo as well. Thank you, I look forward to your response!
