Looking for a Web Developer/Web Designer

I am looking for a Web Developer/Design to help rebuild my clothing website.
I have a particular website template, that I would like to use, please view link of template http://www.flashmint.com/template-demo-4268.html.

I like this template as will give a full front page view of the products, but has a nice simple look to it. The site had been designed in Adobe Dreamweaver 8+, has some J Query/Javascript ; Adobe Photoshop CS+, but sure in some cases I know some developers may not need to use dreamweaver to edit.

The main things that I would need is:

1) Change colour theme of site
2) Add a few scrolling banner images on the home page
3) Add the My brand Logos and also the brand slogan in place on home page
4) Edit the links on home page, (add and remove links etc.) I would have Home, About us, Collection, Gallery, Blog, Contact us.
5) Edit pages with relevant content which is required
6) Would need assistance on how I can add updates on blog page section or best solution how this can be done.
