LiveDrive reseller integration into main joomla web site with PayPal payments

We are looking for someone that can help us integrate Livedrive's reseller API into our website to automate the sales and set up of a user accounts.

We have access to all the API coding and the website has already been built by us using Joomla.

We also need to integrate the PayPal payment gateway in to the site. Previous Livedrive experience is a must.

The functions that we need enabling on our site are:
Add pro user with limit
Add backup user with limit
Add briefcase user with limit
Upgrade users

Add business users
Upgrade business users

And some other user admin functions from our main site.
