Listing site with subscription options. No booking only request

Hi, I am looking somebody who did project with sites where users can add listing – for example hotel, house for rent, room for rent – and there are information about price per night. Similar to airbnb, but not booking option, only contact to person who put the listing to the site and the user can send request. To put this listing, hotel owner has to add account for free, or with more function for money and can pay direcktly this paypal or creditcard.
It is possible with wordpress or woocommerce.
