Lead Images Icons

I want 3 lead images that are made up of a white icon on on top of the back ground attached.

They are for courses and will feature on this page. http://www.adigitalplan.com/index.php/courses/

The 3 courses are :

'Gamification for Marketing'
'How To Build Sales Funnels'

BasIcally create 3 white icons. Then drop them on top of the background attached. (It should look like main page www.adigitalplan.com )
