Joomla website structure

The job is pretty simple: i've correctly uploaded and setup a Joomla 1.5.24 website and started to create pages. I've used a pre-compiled template (check at http://www.joomlaxtc.com/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=flypage_new_temp.tpl&product_id=429&category_id=5&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=70) I need a Joomla expert to setup structure (i.e. pages, sitemap), I will provide the content, texts, graphics. The job must be finished on Sunday 31, 2011. Please notice that website is currently operational and I need only somebody to define the structure. i will provide user/pass for back-end.
