Joomla site tweaks needed - 10-15 hours

I have an existing Joomla site. I am looking for a Joomla expert who knows general web design. Job will require 10-15 hours of minor tweaks. Template is in place, content is being populated and updated. The client is extremely particular about spacing, widths, etc. You will receive detailed specs, but there will be some back-and-forth, a bit of mind-changing -- and thus the 10-15 hours.

You will need to make tweaks to my Joomla site such as the following:
- Margins, borders, spacing
- Divider lines
- Fonts & colors
- Alignments, widths, height
- Relative and absolute positioning
- Other small misc things

Note: I realize that I am paying rock-bottom rates (like most others on PPH), but here are a few benefits:

1- I just paid a developer on PPH at conclusion of job. I also gave him very good review at conclusion. I am honest, I do pay without fuss. But I must be satisfied and happy that you have done your part entirely.

2- There is high likelihood of future work with me. I run a discount software development company and I expect lots of future clients and contracts. If you can work for low rates, there could be lots of future work. But this all depends on my satisfaction and your ability to keep rates low.
