Joomla Joomanager & Virtuemart Shipping Problem

I have a problem with the Joomla Joomanager Extension. Those familiar with the extension will know that it is possible for users to "add items" to the website from the front end of the website. This is the problem:

When logged in and selecting the category to add the item to, the last item added is populating the form fields and when attempting to delete the information I am getting this error:

My other problem relates to Virtuemart:

I need two shipping rates for the shop, I have created UK Shipping and World Shipping Rates using the Standard Shipping Module but only the UK Shipping rate is showing. I simply need to show the World Shipping rate!
