Intranet site wanted

I have a client who is interested in having their own intranet site built.

They currently have Windows Small Business Server and Microsoft Suite.

The intranet site is for them to publish documents in word, excel and powerpoint etc.

The intranet site is for 8 people so that users are given access to particular files (and excluded from other files which are confidential). They would also like to build certain applications such as an engagement letter portal and a pricing portal.

At a later date they would like to sell franchises of their business and the franchisees will need to be able to log in to access the same data and this will mean access to the intranet globally and for around 30 people. There will need to be some privacy over the site so certain pages should only be viewable by management etc.

Please could you let me know the following:

1. When you can start?
2. What software you are proposing to use?
3. Examples of intranet sites you have already set up?
4. Total cost to complete the job including any monthly costs for hosting etc?
